What happens to your information.

The calculator and readiness checklist run in your browser. Their inputs are not submitted anywhere and are not saved to cookies or local storage. Theme selection is held in memory.

The AI chat assistant on the home page and the AI chatbot demo work differently. The messages you type in them are sent through a VKTIS server function hosted on Vercel to Anthropic, an AI provider, which generates the reply. VKTIS does not intentionally store those messages or link them to an account, but hosting and provider systems may keep request data for limited periods under their own policies. See the Anthropic privacy policy. Requests are rate-limited using your network address, which is held only in temporary server memory. Please do not enter personal or confidential information into either chat.

This website loads Google Tag Manager using container GTM-KXK9T938 to manage measurement tags. Google receives the technical information needed to serve that resource. The information processed by any additional tag depends on the tags enabled by the container administrator. The receptionist booking form creates a booking-start event containing the page path and scheduling provider, not names, contact details, or the selected form values. A booking-start event is not confirmation of a completed booking.

Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and access times to deliver and protect the site. The website is hosted on Vercel; see the Vercel privacy policy for its practices.

Fonts and a font stylesheet load from Fontshare, so that provider receives the technical information needed to serve those requests. Browser settings may allow you to block third-party resources, although doing so can change the site's appearance.

The receptionist pages ask for an industry and a workflow priority, not personal contact details. Continuing transfers these selections to Cal.com as booking notes in the scheduling URL. They are not a submitted lead or an appointment until you complete the booking on Cal.com. Do not include patient or customer information.

Use the direct calendar link if you prefer not to transfer those selections. Cal.com collects contact details and handles final scheduling on its own website.

If you send a message through the contact form on the Contact page, VKTIS receives the name, email address, phone number, business name, and message you enter. The form submission passes through a VKTIS server function hosted on Vercel to HubSpot, the customer relationship management service VKTIS uses to keep contact records and reply to inquiries. Your email address, phone number, and message are required. Your phone number is used to follow up on your inquiry; providing it is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing. VKTIS does not use cookies or tracking for this form. See the HubSpot privacy policy.

If you book an intro call, the details you give Cal.com, such as your name, email address, phone number, business, and any notes, are also copied to the VKTIS HubSpot account and to an internal Google spreadsheet so that we can prepare for the call and follow up. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in either place.

If you email VKTIS, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include so that we can respond to your inquiry. Our booking link opens Cal.com rather than loading a scheduler inside this website.

If you book a call, Cal.com collects booking information, including your name, email, selected time, and any optional notes or guests you provide. Booking information is available to the organizer to arrange the conversation. Cal.com explains its processing in its privacy policy. Calendar, email, and conferencing services involved in a booking may also process the information needed to deliver it.

Keep inquiries and booking notes general. Do not send patient information, payment credentials, confidential case details, or sensitive business records before an appropriate handling arrangement has been agreed.

Contact contact@vktis.com with questions about information you have provided to VKTIS, or to request access, correction, or deletion. The response may depend on identity verification, applicable law, the information involved, and any obligations to retain it.

Inquiry and booking information may be retained for responding, scheduling, related business records, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us for information about the records associated with your particular inquiry. Provider retention and processing locations depend on the services and account settings involved.

This notice describes this website, not a separate client implementation or data-processing agreement. If the site's data collection changes, this notice will be updated.
